Today I finished my concept of The Queen of Hearts, which I have outlined in black pen to help stand out. The image itself is based upon Camille Rose Garcia’s illustrations, but less on her Queen and more on Alice. I kept the aspect of a very large, heart-shaped head like as seen in Tim Burton’s recent adaptation.
